Make marshmallow fluff
Serves 2
You will need:
- 90g mini marshmallows
- 2-3 tsp honey
1. Put the marshmallows in a heatproof bowl and place over a pan of boiling water. Stir continuously.
2. When the marshmallows have started to melt and break down, add the honey. Keep stirring continuously.
3. Once the marshmallows are melted completely, remove from the heat.
4.Store in a jar or airtight container and use within a few days.
Marshmallow fluff is delicious served in a sandwich with peanut butter (called a fluffernutter). You can also use it on top of cupcakes or ice cream as an alternative to icing or whipped cream!
