Refund policy

We hope you will love every book and activity we send, but we all change our minds sometimes. Here’s everything you need to know about returning an item to us:

 

I’ve just received my first subscription box – it’s not for me and I’d like to cancel.

You have the right to cancel a subscription within 14 days of receiving your first box. For a refund you will need to return the contents of your first box to us in the same condition as you received them. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more details.

 

I ordered a gift subscription but I’ve changed my mind and would like a refund.

You can cancel and get a refund within 7 working days from the day after you receive your voucher code, just as long as it has not been redeemed.

 

I’m a happy subscriber, but I’ve received a book I already own – can I return it?

You’ve obviously got great taste in books! Please contact us at hello@parrotstreet.com and we’ll be happy to discuss your options.

 

I ordered an item from the bookshop and would like to return it.

No problem – please simply return the pack to us at the address below in in the same condition as you received it within 14 days. We will process your refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

Please email us at hello@parrotstreet.com before returning any items so that we know to look out for them. You will need to cover the cost of postage for you return and we suggest you obtain a proof of postage receipt as we cannot accept responsibility for lost goods.
