Thirteen-year-old Misty's life is about to be turned upside down. When her dad loses his job, they both have to move to Redbridge - far away from her home and her friends. This new town brings plenty of surprises - Misty wasn't expecting to live on an estate where ponies run free, and she certainly wasn't expecting to meet Dylan, a mysterious local boy who loves horses... Misty is determined to keep up appearances and hide her new life from her friends at all costs. But when the horses she has grown to love come under threat, will she have the courage to help save the place she now calls home?
Frances Moloney was born, raised and now lives in London, where she loves reading, running and yoga - but not all at the same time! She is the author of The Mystery of the Missing Mum.
The activity pack includes book club-style questions to ponder and a recipe for homemade crumpets. You'll also make a horseshoe picture frame, solve our word search and learn to draw a horse, alongside jokes, facts and further reading recommendations.
Activity packs are a handy A5 size and printed on uncoated paper which is fully recyclable.
