The plot keeps twisting to a very satisfying conclusion, as the kids come up against space pirates, aliens and an AI they’re really not sure they can trust.
This is a substantial book that independent readers can really get their teeth into. For slightly less confident readers, it’s perfect for enjoying together with an adult at bedtime.
Whether this is a first foray into sci-fi or they’re already fans of the genre, this is a novel not to be missed.
